摘要
文章首先介绍亚利桑那州立大学(ASU)新美国大学概念框架,探讨创业的重要性和ASU的"大学是创业者"活动;再以克拉克提出的创业型大学的强有力的驾驭核心、拓宽的发展外围、多元化的资助基地、激活的学术心脏地带和整合的创业文化五个核心要素为视角,分析ASU建立创业型大学的措施和特点,以期对我国大学转型变革提供启示。
This paper first introduces the "New American University" framework, and then discusses the importance of entrepreneurship and ASU's "university as entrepreneur" activities. Entrepreneurial university had five core elements which are powerful driving core, expanded development periphery, diversified subsidized base, activated academic heartland, and the integrative entrepreneurial culture. Based on the five perspectives, the paper uses ASU as a case, analyzes its measures and characteristics in establishing entrepreneurial university, with a view to enhance the transformation and development of Chinese universities.
