摘要
本文通过对技术人才的技术素养内涵和智力结构要素的比较分析,指出技术素养培养对高职教育人才培养具有重要意义。提出了"隐性工作过程"和"显性工作过程"的概念,并且给予了基于技术素养和智力因素的深入分析论证。在此基础上,本文还就如何实现基于"隐性工作过程"的技术素养培养,提出了"过程"、"整合"、"记忆"、"联系"、"转换"、"情境"等六种教学策略,以及"技术化的任务课程"和"任务化的技术课程"等课程策略。
The paper points out that the technology quality cultivation plays an important role in higher vocational education development by analyzing the connotation of technology quality and intelligence structure comparatively. It puts forward and analyzes the conception of recessive working process and dominant working process based on technology quality and intelligence factors. Then it proposes six teaching strategies including process, integration, memory, relation, transformation and situation as well as two course strategies including technified tasked-based curriculum and tasked technology--based curriculum.
