摘要
研究了 AM-co-AN 水解反应条件对其水解度 H 的影响,得到了水解速率 dH/dt 与[-(1-H)~3ln(1-H)]的线性关系.在一定范围内,水解产物在水溶液中的[η]与 H 成线性关系.据页岩水化膨胀及分散实验结果,水解 AM-co-AN 对安丘土和自-1川南红层页岩的稳定性优于未水解产物,在水化基达到一定比例时性能最好。扫描电镜观察的结果表明,水解 AM-co-AN 可使页岩形成粗大颗粒结构,在 Na^+、K^+共存时生成针状晶。
The dependence of hydrolysis degree,H,of hydrolysed copolymer of acrylamide and acryolnitrile on hydrolysis conditions is studied,and a linear relationship between hydrolytic rate,dH/dt,and[-(1-H)~3ln(1-H)]is obtained.The value [η] of hydrolysate in aque- ous solution increases linearly with increasing H.The hydrolysate is superior to its precursor copolymer in stabilizing capacity for shale and possesses optimum properties at definite concent- rations of hydratable lateral groups in macromolecular chain.By usingscanning electronic microscopy it is revealed that coarse grain structures are generated when shale in mud is treated by the hydorlysate and needle-like crystals are developed at the presence of Na^+ and K^+ additionally.
