摘要
本文对永磁场对稠油化学破乳的影响作了实验研究。由大量对比实验结果看出,永磁场可以改进稠油破乳的效果,并能加速破乳、脱水过程。
This paper presents a report on the effect of permanent magnetic treatment on the breaking of heavy oil emulsions.From a huge amount of reliable experimental results,it is seen that permanent magnetic treatment can enhance and speed up the breaking of heavy oil emulsions.The emulsified crude and the demulsifier solution both treated magnetically before their mixing give the highest degree and rate of dehydration.The dehydation is reduced when only the demulsifier solutin is treated.Successive magnetic treatment(3 times) improves the effect of demulsifier in dehydrating heavy crude oil with a drop in dehydra- tion at the initial stage(in 30 min),the cause of this anomaly leaving unknown yet.
