摘要 研究了用旋转滴法测定非混相油-中相-水相体系界面张力的问题。结果表明:在无界面接触时,旋滴界面张力仪可同时测出油-中相、水相-中相的界面张力;油滴的存在不影响水相-中相的界面张力测定结果;在有界面接触时,界面张力的测定值不准确。 In is shown previously in literature that the liquid-liquid interfacial tension in a liquid- liquid-air Blister system,which does not have any crossed interfaces,can be measured by using rotating drop method.This paper shows experimentally that the oil-middle phase and aqueous phase-middle phase interracial tensions in a liquid-liquid-liquid three-phase(micro- emulsion)system can also be measured at the same time when there are not crossed inter- faces between oil drop and microemulsion and between aqueous phase and microemulsion. The measurements will not be accurate ones with interpenetrating interracial layers.This method may be applied to three-phase systems with middle phase not dear enough.
