摘要
根据访谈中获取的实际素材,进行了实验设计,并对213名被试进行了实验研究,通过单因素方差分析技术检验了参考框架对合约精神与创业绩效之间关系的调节作用。研究结果发现,创业企业的合约精神与其创业绩效之间的关系受到参考框架的影响,具有同样合约精神的创业企业,在得益框架下获得的创业绩效最高,在损失框架下获得的创业绩效最低,在孤立框架下获得的创业绩效居中。
We designed the experiment project on the basis of cases. The experiment was carried out based on the study of 213 volunteers. We tested moderate effects of reference frame by using One - Way ANOVA. The results indicated that the relationship between contract spirit and entrepreneurship performance is affected by reference frame. Enterprise which has same contract spirit will have the highest entrepreneurship performance in a gain frame, the lowest entrepreneurship performance in a loss frame and medium entrepreneurship performance in an isolation frame.
