摘要
企业生命周期理论告知我们,处于生命周期不同阶段的企业面临不同的管理问题,使得相同的管理策略在企业不同成长阶段呈现出不同的管理效果。笔者运用模糊综合评价法对一汽轿车所处的生命周期进行甄别,针对一汽轿车成熟期的特点和实际问题,应用层次分析法,确定战略、人力资源和企业文化管理是一汽轿车成熟期的管理重点,并探讨了对应的实施策略和管理路径。
Enterprises lifecycle theory tells us that enterprises in different lifecycle stages face different management problems, so that the same management strategy presents different effects in different stages. First, the author uses vague comprehensive evaluation of laws to separate the lifecycle of Faw Car Co. , Ltd. Then in view of existing situation and characteristics of Faw Car Co. , Ltd in maturity, the author uses analytic hierarchy process to determine that Faw Car Co. , Ltd should focus on the strategy, human resources management and business culture in this period. Lastly the author discusses the corresponding implementation strategy and management channels.
