角膜内皮炎的护理及对患者的指导细则

Nursing strategy and guide conditions for corneal endotheliitis patients

目的探讨角膜内皮炎的护理对策及指导细则。方法分析治疗前视力小于0.1者25眼,0.1～0.3者6眼,共31眼角膜内皮炎患者的治疗和护理效果。结果经过7～11 d的住院治疗,出院视力情况如下:0.4者1眼,0.5者4眼,0.6者2眼,0 8者6眼.大于等于1.0者18眼。其中5眼在治疗过程中出现角膜上皮炎。结论角膜内皮炎的护理和治疗效果好,治疗和护理过程中,应注意可能出现的角膜上皮炎。

Objective To study the nursing strategy and guide conditions of patients with corneal endotheliitis. Methods To analize the treatments and nursing effect of 31 eyes with corneal endotheliitis, whose visual acuities are less than 0. 1 in 25 eyes and 0. 1 - 0. 3 in 6 eyes before treatments. Results The discharge vision ： 0. 4 in 1 eye, 0. 5 in 4 eyes, 0.6 in 2 eyes, 0.8 in 6 eyes, equal to or greater than 1.0 in 18 eyes, after 7 to 11 days of hospitalization. In the course of treatment,5 eyes get the corneal epithelitis among them. Conclusion It is good that 31 eyes with corneal endotheliitis have been treated and nursed. Corneal epithelitis may be got in corneal endotheliitis treatment.
