硅土-聚合物调剖剂SJ-2室内试验研究

摘要 文中介绍硅土-聚合物调剖剂 SJ-2的配方,讨论影响调剖剂性能的因素(包括红土含量、HPAM 溶液浓度、水玻璃用量),研究调剖剂的粘温性、可泵时间、再成胶能力、封堵能力、选层能力以及应用范围。 The factors influencing the performance of clay-polymer profile controlling agent are investigatad,including here content of“red earth”(a local variety of clay),concentration of HPAM polymer solution,and amout of water glass.Basic formulations of this profile controller developed,SJ-2,are presented:0.5%-HPAM solution,water glass of modulus 3.1-3.4,mud of clay content 65g/100ml of water and density 1.30-1.32g/cm^3 in ratios of 3:1:10.The weak temperature dependency of viscosity,adjustible life-time or gelation time,exellent ability of secondary gelation after gel breakdown,high plugging capacity and satisfactory selectivity in blocking reservoir zones of different permeability permit SJ-2 to be used for profile controlling and water shutoff operations in sandstone,sandy conglomerate and conglomerate reservoirs of temperature 15-25℃ and water permeability 0.25-27.8μm^2 in injection and production wells.
