血清IL-6、hs-CRP浓度测定在小儿肺炎支原体肺炎治疗中的临床意义

Clinical significance on the determination of serum IL-6,hs-CRP levels in children mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia treatment

目的:探讨血清白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)浓度的测定在小儿肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)治疗中的意义。方法:选择2010年3月～2011年3月我院收治确诊的MPP患儿45例(MPP组),检测MPP患儿治疗前后的血清IL-6、hs-CRP浓度,并选取同期健康体检的儿童30例作为对照组。结果:MPP组治疗前的血清IL-6、hs-CRP的浓度分别是(17.65±2.50)mg/L和(25.32±3.80)mg/L,均高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(t=4.47、4.81,P<0.01);MPP组治疗后的血清IL-6和hs-CRP浓度分别是(7.42±0.87)mg/L和(2.56±0.45)mg/L,均低于治疗前的浓度,差异有高度统计学意义(t=6.11、11.59,P<0.01);MPP组治疗后的血清IL-6、hs-CRP浓度与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.48、0.21,P>0.05)。结论:肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的血清IL-6和hs-CRP浓度显著升高,提示两者在该病发病机制中有着重要的作用,对肺炎支原体肺炎的早期辅助诊断及指导治疗有重要价值。

Objective： To disscuss the significance of serum IL-6,hs-CRP levels determination in children mycoplasma pneumonia（MPP） treatment.Methods： The levels of serum IL-6,hs-CRP were detected before and after treatment in 45 MPP children（MPP group） which were diagnosed from March 2010 to March 2011 in our hospital,and in the same period,30 healthy children were selected as control group.Results： Children of the MPP groups before treatment of serum IL-6 and hs-CRP levels were（17.65±2.50）mg/L and（25.32±3.80）mg/L respectively,ware higher than the control group,which had significant difference（t=4.47,4.81,P0.01）;Children after treatment group of MPP serum IL-6 and hs-CRP levels were（7.42±0.87）mg/L and（2.56±0.45）mg/L respectively,were lower than the that before treatment,with had significant difference（t=6.11,11.59,P0.01）;Children after treatment group of MPP serum IL-6 and hs-CRP compared with controls had no significant difference（t=0.48,0.21,P0.05）.Conclusion： The levels of IL-6,hs-CRP increased significantly,it suggests that they have an important role in pathogenesy of MPP and has significant value in the early diagnosis and treatment.
