临床护理路径在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用

The application of clinical nursing path in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的:探讨急性心肌梗死患者应用临床护理路径的效果。方法:将100例符合急性心肌梗死诊断标准患者随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组实施常规护理,即绝对卧床休息,吸氧,24 h心电监护,按医嘱给予止痛镇静,严密观察病情,控制休克以及严防并发症等,观察组在此基础上实施临床护理路径。比较两组患者住院时间、卧床时间、医疗费用、患者健康知识知晓率以及患者满意度。结果:观察组患者平均住院时间为(11.75±1.04)d、平均卧床时间为(3.16±0.71)d、平均住院费用为(5 474.97±648.54)元,三者分别与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(t=13.04、7.96、15.54,P<0.05或P<0.01);观察组患者健康知识达标率为96.00%,满意度为96.00%,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(χ2=7.43、7.28,P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径能够加强护患之间的交流,减少纠纷,提高护理质量和患者满意度。

Objective： To investigate the effect of patients with acute myocardial infarction applying clinical nursing path.Methods： 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into observation group（n=50） and control group（n=50）.The control group was given routine nursing care,absolute bed rest,oxygen inhalation,24 hour electrocardiographic monitoring,according to the instructions given analgesic sedation,close observation,control shock and prevent complications,and so on.On this basis,observation group was given clinical nursing path.The hospitalization time,the time of lying in bed,medical expenses,the awareness rate of health knowledge and satisfaction degree of patients between the two groups were compared.Results： The average hospitalization time was（11.75±1.04） d,the average time of lying in bed was（3.16±0.71） d,the average hospitalization expenses were（5 474.97±648.54） yuan in the observation group,compared with control group,the differences were statistically significant（t=13.04,7.96,15.54,P0.05 or P0.01）;the health knowledge rate of observation group was 96%,the satisfaction was 96%,compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant（χ2=7.43,7.28,P0.05）.Conclusion： The clinical care path can enhance communication between nurses and patients,reduce disputes,improve the care quality and satisfaction.
