消毒供应中心承接手术器械集中管理的实践

Management practice of centralized management of surgical equipment in central sterile supply Department

为提升洁净手术室空气的洁净度,充分利用消毒供应中心现代化资源,我院消毒中心供应室承接了手术器械的管理工作,遵循供应室"三区"划分原则,对手术器械实行了区域化流程管理。本文总结了该管理方式中存在的问题和解决方法,包括普通器械、纤维器械、管腔器械、腔镜器械的接收、分类、清洗方面存在的问题,以及使用酶液浸泡、全自动超声清洗和消毒机加酶清洗等处理方法,规范了检查、包装、灭菌、储存、发放手术器械的质量标准,从而提高了手术器械的清洗、包装、灭菌质量,确保手术器械的安全使用,控制医院感染的发生。

In order to promote the clean operation room air cleanliness,make full use of modern resources of central sterile supply Department,central sterile supply Department of our hospital undertakes the management of surgical equipment,adopts the principle of ＂three areas＂ classification and regional process management of surgical equipment.This paper summarizes the problems and solution methods which exist in regional process management,including the problems existing in the receiving,classification,cleaning of common devices,fiber devices,hollow devices and endoscopic devices and the processing methods of enzyme detergent soaking,full automatic ultrasonic cleaning and enzyme cleaning of sterilizing machine,makes quality standards of inspection,packaging,sterilization,storage,issuance of surgical equipment,in order to improve the cleaning,packing,sterilizing quality of surgical equipment,ensure the safe use of surgical equipment,and control the occurrence of hospital infection.
