以精益思想看待人力资源管理,有助于以创新角度观察医院的人力资源活动,消除人才浪费现象,提高人力资源管理水平。精益管理对于人力资源管理工作的诉求实质上是体现将人力资源作为一个可变动资源,进行增值开发以及坚持以人为本的理念,把员工的智力和创造力视为医院的宝贵财富和未来发展的原动力。
Regarding human resources management by the lean thinking is helpful for taking innovative angle to observe the human resources activity of hospital,eliminating the talent waste phenomenon,raising the level of human resources management.The essence of lean management which demands for human resources management is taking human resources as variable resource,processes value-added development and people-oriented concept,takes the intelligence and creativity of hospital staffs as valuable asset and driving force for future development.
