Medical health profession should enhance the consciousness and follow the trend of low-carbon,implement sharing and mutual recognition of inspection results between hospitals,establish the sharing center of medical equipment,develop telemedicine by the development of electronic information technology,establish electronic medical records,perfect two-way referral system,implement sophisticated management,promote the development of medical and health services.Constructing the health service system,management mechanism and operation mechanism which adapt to the requirements of low-carbon economy are the necessary requirement for the development of medical and health services.
