摘要
研究了在环烷酸铝/苯体系中加入苯甲酸后,对体系的胶凝过程及凝胶粘度的影响。结果表明,添加苯甲酸的量控制在0.04%以下,体系中苯甲酸与环烷酸铝的摩尔比小于0.5,可使环烷酸铝/苯体系增稠,并缩短胶凝诱导期。更多的添加剂反而会破坏铝皂凝胶网络。
The effects of adding benzene carbonic acid on the gelation process and the viscosity of the aluminum naphthenate/benzene system have been investigated.The results show that the addition of less than 0.04%(wt.)of benzene carbonic acid,i.e.,the molar ratio of benzene carbonic acid and aluminum naphthenate<0.5 in the system,can increase the thickness of the aluminum naphthenate/benzene system and shorten the induction period of gelation.But relatively more benzene carbonic acid may destroy the gel network of aluminum soap.
