摘要
一直以来,党报都是集体的宣传者、鼓动者和组织者;再加上党内铁的纪律,党报必须无条件地宣传党的方针政策,决定了党报在不同的历史时期会有不同的社会功能与经营理念:在旧社会,党报是推翻反动统治的工具,党利用报纸组织示威暴动、扩军、退敌、鼓舞士气;这一时期党报经营不以营利为目的,在经济上形成了予取予求的单纯报销制度。解放后,党报在很长一段时间里仍然是阶级斗争的工具,在历次政治运动中是与党内外各种"反动派"斗争的工具。改革开放之后,党报又成为经济建设的工具,随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立,党报的经营理念也发生了根本的变化。
All the time,the Party newspaper has been the collective propagandist,agitator and organizer;plus iron discipline,the Party newspapers has to publicize the Party's principles and policies,which decided the Party newspapers in different historical periods has different social functions and operating philosophy: in the old society,the Party newspaper is the tool to overthrow the reactionary ruling,the Party using newspaper to organize demonstrations,enroll army and call for soldiers' morale;during this period the Party newspaper operating not for profit purposes,in economically formed demand everything simple reimbursement system.After the liberation,the Party newspaper in very long period of time is still a tool of class struggle,in all political movement is associated with the Party and various "reactionaries" tool in the struggle.After the reform and opening up,the Party newspaper has become the economic construction tool,with the establishment of socialist market economy,the management philosophy has also produced fundamental change.
