摘要
目的从鸡冠中提取透明质酸。方法绞肉机破碎鸡冠。比较打浆与不打浆进行酶解后提取的效果,优化提取条件。结果打浆虽可缩短提取时间,但得率下降,相对分子质量降低。以绞肉机粉碎两次。升高温度至60℃、120目布袋过滤,能较好的除去杂质。提取液使用2倍乙醇沉淀较优。成品透明质酸溶解于水再次酶解,除蛋白质杂质。结论获得了较优的生产条件,成功从鸡冠中提取出透明质酸。
Purpose To extract hyaluranic acid from cockscomb. Methods and Results It's better to use a mincer to mash cockscomb. The impurities can be effectively removed from the post-enzyme extract via a clothing filter of 120 mu when the temperature is raised to 60℃ , and the sedimentation is better via of two times of the ethanol . Hyaluranic acid then gets a second enzyming in water to decrease protein im- purities remarkably. Conclusion Extract hyaluranic acid from cockscomb successfully by this method un- der a better condition of production.
