摘要 大肠杆菌属Nissle 1917(EcN)是目前广泛应用的一种益生菌。研究发现EcN对常见胃肠道疾病有良好疗效,被广泛用于预防传染性腹泻、溃疡性结肠炎等炎性肠疾病,防止新生儿消化道内病原菌定殖等。近年研究发现EcN还具有免疫调节作用。本文对EcN的应用作一综述。
