超敏C-反应蛋白检测在心血管疾病中的临床应用 被引量：4

摘要 C-反应蛋白（C-reactive protein,CRP）自1930年被发现以来,在检测、临床应用等方面经历了一系列的发展更新,对这个老项目有新认识、新理论及新用途.特别是近年来随着检测方法的不断改进,可用新的敏感方法对极微量的CRP,即超敏C-反应蛋白（high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP）进行定量测定.
