孕前、孕中及产后同型半胱氨酸水平变化及临床意义 被引量:16

摘要 同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)是人体内一种含硫氨基酸,Hcy代谢依赖的酶缺陷和(或)叶酸及B族维生素缺乏时,可引起高同型半胱氨酸血症(hyperhomocysteinemia,Hhcy).冠状动脉及外周血管疾病患者中,约有20%~30%发生高Hcy.近年来发现,血浆中Hcy水平升高与习惯性流产、妊娠高血压综合征(PIH)、胎盘早剥、胎儿生长受限、胎儿畸形、死胎、早产、低体质量儿等的发生密切相关[1].
