摘要
本文考察了污水粘度、密度、表面张力、原油比重、油珠上浮速度、絮凝效果、滤膜因数及腐蚀速度随温度的变化。通过调整和选择高效水质净化剂与水质稳定剂配方,使原有污水处理工艺流程适应较低温度的污水。经两年多的现场试验,低温处理的污水一般都能达到回注标准。
Because of introducing low temperature demulsifiers in crude-treating plant,oily produced water of lower temperature is separated and to be purified for water flooding.In this short report various characteristics of produced water at different temperatures are determined and serve as a basis for establishing a proper water-treating technology.It is shown in laboratory and two-year field tests that the original technology for 65℃ gives satisfactory results in terms of water quality when the treating processes are performed for cooler(55℃)water at a slightly higher coagulant use level in condition that one of the purifying chemicals be strong surface-active.
