摘要
目的:探讨护理干预对艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗依从性的影响。方法:将200例艾滋病行高效联合抗逆转录病毒(HAART)治疗患者随机分为干预组和对照组各100例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予护理干预,并对两组患者服药依从性及生活质量总良好率进行比较。结果:干预组患者服药依从性及生活质量总良好率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预能使艾滋病患者保持良好的抗病毒治疗依从性,改善患者生活质量,值得推广和应用。
Objective： To discuss the effect of nursing intervention on the anti - viral treatment compliance of AIDS patients. Methods ： 200 AIDS patients who received highly active anti - retroviral therapy （HAART） were randomly divided into intervention and control groups （ 100 patients in each group）. Routine nursing care was taken in the control group and nursing intervention was implemented in the intervention group. The medication compliance of the patients and the total excellent and good rate of their quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results ： There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the medication compliance of the patients and the total excellent and good rate of their quality of life between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Nursing intervention can maintain good adherence to antiretroviral therapy in AIDS patients and improve patient＇s quality of life, it is worthy of promotion and application.
