A Research on the Model of Knowledge Work Based on the Process Perspective

摘要 本文基于过程视角,对知识工作的工作步骤序列及其效能进行了研究,把知识工作描述成为以步骤序列为投入,以效能为产出的系统,并以此构建了知识工作框架模型。 This article conduct a research on the sequence of work steps in knowledge work and its efficiency.Knowledge work is seen as a system,the input is step sequences,and the output is efficiency.From this point of view,a framework model of knowledge work is constructed.
