梅钢4号高炉生产操作实践表明,稳定原燃料质量,控制合适的W值、Z值,合适的下部送风制度,稳定炉热,搞好渣铁处理,合适的休复风操作,能够维持热负荷相对稳定。
The paper introduces the heat load of No. 4 blast furnace in Meishan Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. The practical operation reveals it is possible to maintain stable heat load through following measures： keeping quality of raw material and fuel stable; properly controlling value W and Z ; carrying out rational blasting system at lower stack; stabilizing furnace heat; properly treating the slag; executing appropriate blowdown and reblowing operation.
