Design of Long Distance Coal Power Conveying in WISCO

对武钢高炉长距离输送煤粉设计进行了总结。充分利用现有设施,实现了长距离高压浓相输送煤粉,输送最长距离1 760m,喷吹罐最高输送压力达1.1MPa,输送浓度25～35 kg/kg,满足了不同输送距离和输送能力的要求。

The paper summarizes the long distance HP dense - phase conveying of coal powder for WISCO via existing facility, the conveying ranges max. 1760 m, conveying pressure of injection tank comes up to 1.1 MPa max and the dense phase of conveyed coal reaches 25 - 35 kg/kg. Such conveying facility can satisfy coal powder conveying at different distances and different capacities.
