摘要 针对农业温室的温湿度采集与控制,提出一种基于无线通信的农业温室温湿度测控系统,并介绍了系统结构和软硬件设计。该温湿度测控系统包括无线温湿度采集及控制器及无线控制信号接收单元,采用了主控芯片MSP430F2274、温湿度传感器SHT10和2.4 G无线射频芯片EM198810。该系统能实时对温湿度进行监控及报警,并可以根据内置算法自动或手动发送执行机构电机无线控制指令,从而实现对温室内的温湿度的有效控制,便于温室的自动化运营和管理。此外,该测控系统还提供了与上位机传输数据的RS232通信接口,上位机可以通过RS232接口读取测控系统的温湿度历史数据,便于专业人员进行研究分析。 This paper presents one kind of agricultural greenhouse monitor system of temperature and humidity based on wireless communication. The structure of this system and key techniques of hardware and software are introduced. The monitor system includes wireless temperature and humidity access and control unit and wireless control signal receiving unit. Using a micro intelligent sensor SHT10 which is controlled by MSP430F2274, the temperature and humidity can be monitored through 2.4 G wireless communication chip EM198810. Compared with the existing technology, the monitor proposed in this paper satisfies real-time demand of monitoring temperature and humidity, and warning, and can send actuator motor wireless control instruction according to the built-in algorithm automatically or manually. This will achieve the effective control of temperature and humidity in greenhouse, and facilitate greenhouse automated operation and management. In addition, the monitor also provides the RS232 communication interface for data transfer with super-ordination machine. PC can acquire historical data of temperature and humidity on the monitor through RS232 interface, for further research and analysis of professionals.
