舵机双余度电传控制系统设计

摘要 论述了双余度电传控制系统的结构设计和余度配置。设计了双余度电传控制系统的硬件电路和软件部分。针对电传控制系统中的信号处理、监控面选择、BIT、故障综合与处理等问题进行了分析,并提出了设计方法。通过故障模拟输入验证了设计的合理性与正确性。实践证明,双余度电传控制系统明显改善了系统的可靠性和稳定性。 The structure design and redundant configurations of the dual-redundant control system is discussed. The hardware circuit and software parts of the dual-redundant control system is designed. Signal processing, monitor surface selection, BIT( biuh in test) and fault analyzing and handling issues for control system analysis is analyzes in detail and the corresponding design method is proposed. With fault simulation entered, the correctness and reasonablity of the design is verified. It is proved that double-redundant control system significantly improves system reliability and stability.
