摘要
随着企业信息化建设的快速发展,标准化与信息化这两个不同的领域也已经不是孤立的存在了,标准化管理需要信息化工具来支持,信息化也成为提升标准化工作管理水平的有效手段。本文就我公司近几年标准化工作中的实际情况,论述了信息化在标准化工作的应用情况。通过信息化技术,建立标准化信息管理系统,实现标准查询、信息发布与互动和标准化业务电子签署,摆脱纸版签署,实现了企业标准文件资源共享和动态管理,改变了传统的标准化工作模式。
With the quick development of information construction,the two different fields of information and standardization are not existed independently.Standardization management requires the support of information,and meanwhile the information becomes the effective means of raising the standardization management levels.Application of information in standardization work is described in this thesis according to the actual conditions of standardization work in recent years of Liming Corp.Standardization information management system is set up by means of information technology to realize the standard inquiry, information issue and interaction and standardization business electronic signing.Paper signing is no longer required,realizing resource sharing and dynamic management of the enterprise standard documentation,changing the traditional standardization working mode.
