为了解决目前领导干部考核工作中存在的工作量巨大、评价结果客观性受人为因素影响和数据难以深度利用的弊端，系统从基本信息管理、民主测评民意调查、数据分析及报表三个主要功能模块入手，采用Microsoft．Jet．OLEDB．4．0数据库的搜索引擎，设计并完成了基于．NET的领导班子及干部考核评价系统，在一定程度上实现了干部考核评价工作的客观性、全面性、准确性，降低了考核工作的成本。

In order to solve the disadvantages of the huge workload and evaluation results influenced by human factors and objective data＇s depth use is difficult in the work assessing leadership cadre in present,this system designs and realizes three main function modules about the basic information management, democratic assessment poll,data analysis and report base on the Microsoft.The Jet.The OLEDB 4.0 database search engine.The system improves the objectivity, completeness,accuracythe of the work assessing leadership cadre,and reduces the cost of the work.
