作为一所应用型外国语大学，我校一直非常重视师资队伍建设。本文围绕着“不断加强计算机教学团队建设，从根本上推进计算机教学改革”的问题进行了深入的探讨，期望通过不断提升团队的教学与科研能力来促进我校计算机教学质量的提高。

As an application-oriented Foreign Studies University, our school has always attached great importance to the ranks of teachers.This paper focuses on the＂continue to strengthen the teaching team-building computer, computer teaching to promote fundamental reform＂of the issues in-depth discussions,team expectations through continuous improvement of teaching and research capabilities to promote my school computer to improve the quality of teaching.
