中期因子及血管内皮生长因子在宫颈病变中的表达 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨中期因子(midkine,MK)蛋白的表达水平与宫颈癌血管生成、增殖活性、侵袭和转移的关系。方法对20例慢性宫颈炎组织、20例宫颈上皮内瘤变组织(CIN)、20例宫颈癌组织标本进行免疫组化染色,分析MK及血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的表达与宫颈癌患者临床病理特征的关系。结果 MK在宫颈炎组织中不表达,在CIN、宫颈癌组织中呈阳性表达,且宫颈癌组织中MK表达水平与患者年龄、淋巴结转移无关,与临床分期、组织学分级、肿瘤直径大小、腺体浸润有关(P<0.05)。VEGF在宫颈炎、CIN、宫颈癌组织中呈阳性表达,且宫颈癌组织表达显著高于CIN组织及宫颈炎组织(P<0.05)。宫颈癌组织中VEGF表达水平与患者年龄、淋巴结转移无关,与临床分期、组织学分级、肿瘤直径大小、腺体浸润有关(P<0.05)。宫颈癌组织中MK与VEGF的表达呈正相关(r=0.433,P<0.05)。结论 MK可能在宫颈癌的发生过程中起到重要作用;可能与宫颈癌的浸润、转移相关。 Objective To investigate the expression of midkine(MK) protein and its relation with angiogenesis,infiltration and metastasis in cervical carcinoma. Methods Specimens were taken from 20 patients with chronic cervicitis,20 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and 20 cervical carcinoma tissues.The tissues were analyzed with the methods of immunohistochemistry,in order to analyze the correlation between their expressions and clinical pathologic features of patients with primary cervical carcinoma. Results No specific positivity was detected in chronic cervicitis tissues.Positive expression of MK were detected in cervical cancer tissues.In cervical cancer tissues,the expressions of MK was associated with clinical pathological parameters,clinical stage and FIGO stage;but were no related with age,lymphatic metastasis.No specific positivity was detected in chronic cervicitis tissues.Positive expression of VEGF were detected in cervical cancer tissues.In cervical cancer tissues,the expressions of VEGF was associated with clinical pathological parameters,clinical stage and FIGO stage;but were no related with age,lymphatic metastasis.Positive correlation between the expression of MK and VEGF was observed in cervical cancer. Conclusions The expressions of MK in tumor tissues are significantly higher than that in chronic cervitisis and in CIN,which may indicate the higher expressions of MK are linked with the occurrence of cervical carcinoma.
