布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of budesonide nasal spray in treatment of allergic rhinitis

目的探讨布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效及安全性。方法选择120例确变应性鼻炎患者,按入院先后顺序,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。观察给予喷雾剂鼻腔喷入,每次2喷,1次/d;对照组给予曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂鼻腔喷入,每次2喷,2次/d,疗程均为4周,比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率为94.7%,对照组总有效率为81.5%,组间差异具有显著性(P<0.05),观察组的不良反应发生率为12.9%,对照组为13.4%,组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎疗效显著,起效迅速,副作用少,使用方便,可广泛使用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety.of budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods By order of admission,120 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（n = 60）.The observation group were given the nasal spray into the spray,spray each 2,1 times / d;control group were given triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray was sprayed into the nasal cavity,each 2 spray,2 times / d;two groups of treatment are 4 weeks. Results In observation group,the total effective rate was 94.7% and in the control group,the total effective rate was 81.5%,the difference was significant between the groups（P0.05）,the observation group of adverse reactions was 12.9% and control group was 13.4%,group no significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusions Budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis is significant,has rapid onset and few side effects,easy to use,can be widely used.
