摘要
目的通过分层管理护理人员,合理利用人力资源,提高护理人员的综合素质和护理服务质量,同时也提高了患者对护理工作的满意度。方法通过对不同学历护士的调查,了解护士的想法,进行工作的合理安排,充分利用人才,大大的减少高学历护理人员的流失,稳定护理队伍,有效的提高护理质量。结果使护理队伍有条不紊地向前发展。结论我院自2008年开始在分层护理模式下对各层次的护理人员进行管理,取得较好的效果。
Objective Through the hierarchical management of nursing staff, reasonable use of human resources, improve the comprehensive quality of nursing staff and the quality of nursing service, at the same time also enhanced the patient degree of satisfaction to the nursing work.Methods Based on the investigation of nurses with different educational backgrounds, understanding the nurse’s work ideas, reasonable arrangement, make full use of talent, greatly reducing the paramedic of tall record of formal schooling of erosion, stabilize the nursing team, effectively improve the quality of nursing care. Results The nursing team everything in good order and well arranged to move forward.Conclusion In our hospital since 2008 in the stratification of nursing mode on all levels of nursing staff management, obtained better result.
