乳腺癌病人术后静脉化疗存在的问题及护理对策

Study of possible problems perplexed patients receiving intravenous chemotherapy after mastectomy and nursing strategy

目的:探讨乳腺癌病人术后静脉化疗存在的问题及护理对策。方法:对520例乳腺癌病人术后静脉化疗,分析在静脉化疗过程中存在的问题,实施相应的护理对策。结果:全部患者均完成化疗,其中14例出现化疗药物液体外渗,致皮肤红、肿、热、痛,另2例出现皮肤破溃和脓性渗出,经积极抗炎治疗,局部换药,治愈。结论:术后化疗是乳腺癌病人综合治疗的重要组成部分,针对其化疗过程中出现的各种问题并及时采取有效的措施,可减少患者病痛,提高生存质量,使其树立战胜疾病的信心。精确护理操作是化疗顺利完成的重要保证。

Objective： To explore possible problems perplexed patients receiving intravenous chemotherapy after mastectomy and propose nursing strategy.Methods：We retrospectively reviewed clinical data of 520 patients receiving post-mastectomy intravenous chemotherapy and summarized several possible events during chemotherapy, further proposed nursing management. Results：All patients completed chemotherapy courses. Among them, 504 cases experienced uneventful course of chemotherapy, while 14 patients suffered from chemotherapy drugs extravasation with local skin developing acute inflammatory damage such as red, swelling and pain,2 patients experienced relatively severe complication demonstrating purulent exudation and recovered after effective debridement and appropriate antibiotics use.Conclusions：Since post-mastectomy chemotherapy plays the most important part in the management of breast cancer, effective management of possible problems occurring during chemotherapy courses may benefit patients with alleviation of pain caused by chemical drugs and improvement of life quality ,ensuring patients with good compliance with chemotherapy and enhancing confidence of struggling with cancer. Skilled clinical nursing procedures can generate satisfied results.
