小反刍兽疫疫苗的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 小反刍兽疫是由小反刍兽疫病毒(PPRV)引起的一种严重的小反刍动物烈性、接触性传染病,主要感染山羊、绵羊、美国白尾鹿和野生小反刍动物,特别是山羊高度易感,牛可感染带毒,野生动物偶然发生。小反刍兽疫病毒主要侵害感染动物的淋巴组织及消化道上皮组织,以突然发热、眼鼻排出分泌物、口腔溃疡、呼吸失调、咳嗽、恶臭的腹泻和死亡为特征,解剖时在大肠可见特异性斑马条痕。小反刍兽疫的病死率为70%~80%,大部分动物在感染后10~12天死亡。世界动物卫生组织(OIE)将其列为A类动物疫病。该病主要发生于经济欠发达地区。
