摘要 针对白光二极管(LED)测试的实际需要,研究开发了TCS230高分辨率可编程颜色传感器,并结合了单片机89C2051的LED色差检测系统。给出了本检测系统的硬件设计电路及色差检测流程。测试表明,本系统实现了快速、准确、可靠的检测以及测试的数字化,而且使用便捷。 Aiming at actual requirements of white Led characteristics detection,a LED color difference detecting system is presented,which is based on high-definition,programmable color detector TCS230,and combined with microchip 89C51.Hardware designing circuits and color difference detecting diagram of this detecting system are also given.Testing shows,it is speedy,accurate,and reliable,digital,and convenient.
