摘要
通过分析动力薄膜电容器在新能源及电动汽车中的应用,指出实现大规模生产必然需求自动化生产设备。具体针对动力薄膜电容自动测试分选工艺系统提出解决方案,并对影响容量损耗测试的主要干扰进行分析并提出应对措施。
Analyze the application of the power film capacitors in the field of new energy and electric vehicles.Indicate that the large-scale production of the capacitors will demand the automation equipments which used to product the capacitors.Put forward process control techniques for automatic testing and sorting system of the power film capacitors,and analyze the primary factors which interfere with the testing for capacitance and loss,also provide solutions to diminish the signal interferences.
