挣值法是一种对项目进度、成本进行集成控制的方法,能够客观而清晰地反映出项目目前的运行状态,并能预测项目的未来趋势,它能够在一个较早的时间为项目可能出现的成本超支或进度滞后敲响警钟,能够让项目经理有充足的时间采取相应的措施,保证项目在计划的进度和成本内顺利完成。
The method of earned value is a way to control schedule-cost integrated.It is able to reflect the project——s operating status objectively and clearly and predict the project——s future trends.It can sound the alarm in an earlier time for the possible cost overruns and delayed schedule,make the project manager have enough time to take appropriate measures and ensure the project complete successfully in the program of schedule and cost.
