摘要
针对WinCC和PLC构成的两级计算机控制系统中,WinCC不能实现0.25s以下的实际数据的快速实时采集及显示,以伺服电机驱动的连铸结晶器非正弦振动控制系统为背景,利用S7-400 PLC框架中的FM-458和EXM-438模块对实际数据进行实时采集,并利用WinCC数据归档以及S7-400 PLC的AR_SEND功能块实现WinCC与PLC之间的快速数据交换和显示,实现了对伺服电机转速每10ms的实时数据采集,并在上位计算机界面上实现了伺服电机转速的实时显示。通过试验验证了WinCC在线显示实时波形的可行性。
Directed towards two-stage computer control system constitute by the WinCC and PLC,WinCC can not achieve below 0.25s rapid data real-time sampling and display,for the background of the non-sinusoidal vibration control system of servo motor drive the continuous casting,using the FM-458 and EXM-438 module of S7-400 PLC framework to real-time sample for actual data.Using WinCC data archiving and AR_SEND function block of S7-400 PLC to achieve rapid data exchange and display between FM-458 and PLC,achieved 10ms real-time data sampling for servo motor speed.
