摘要
详细介绍了电机振动数据采集系统的构成,实验中采用将电机加速到不同转速,突然切断电源,采集电机急停数据,然后利用NI公司的LabVIEW对电机平稳运行和急停振动数据进行频谱分析,在频率上分析引起电机振动的机械原因和电磁原因,对比总结出电机的振动特征。
This paper introduces the structure of motor vibration data acquisition system in detail,accelerate the motor to the dif- ferent speed in the experiment,suddenly cut off the power,to acquire emergency stop data of motor,then use the LabVIEW of NI company to carry out a spectrum analysis of motor's vibration data of smooth operation and emergency stop,analyzing the mechanical reasons and electromagnetic reasons which cause the vibration of motor in frequency,comparing to sum up the vibration characteristics of the motor.
