This paper introduces the structure of motor vibration data acquisition system in detail,accelerate the motor to the dif- ferent speed in the experiment,suddenly cut off the power,to acquire emergency stop data of motor,then use the LabVIEW of NI company to carry out a spectrum analysis of motor＇s vibration data of smooth operation and emergency stop,analyzing the mechanical reasons and electromagnetic reasons which cause the vibration of motor in frequency,comparing to sum up the vibration characteristics of the motor.
