基于μCOS-Ⅱ的伺服分料器控制系统设计

摘要 提出了一种新型的玻璃制瓶机分料系统伺服控制方案。分料系统采用高性能伺服电机作为驱动部件,使分料勺加速性能好,控制精度高。采用CAN总线与主控系统相连,方便修改生产参数,解决了传统分料装置制瓶机速无法灵活调节的缺点。控制板基于PIC24H系列高性能单片机和μCOS-Ⅱ实时操作系统构建。 This paper presents a new servo control program of Sub-feeding system of Glass bottle making machine.In this subfeeding system which uses a high-performance servo motor as drive unit,the sub-feed spoon can be high-precision controlled.CAN bus is used to connect this system with the main control system,this makes it easy to modify production parameters and solves the problem in the traditional sub-feeding device the machine speed can not be adjusted flexibly.Control panel is built based on μCOS-Ⅱ real-time operating system and the family of PIC24H high-performance microcontroller.
