摘要
阐述了一种智能精密水压力发生器的设计与研究。该智能精密水压力发生器以微控制器系统作为整个水压力控制系统的核心;水压力数据信号由两线制压力传感器采集,用单回路PID控制,自动调节精度高,系统响应快,滞后小,调节效果好,通过测试表明可以满足工艺要求。
An intelligent and delicate water pressure generator be developed in this paper.It is adopted microcontroller to consti tute the control system.Data of water pressure be collected with pressure sensor which is two-wire system.The single loop PID be used in this system,higher self-motion of accuracy,swift response,little lag and fine adjusting effect.
