低渗透油藏小水量防堵塞水嘴设计与试验 被引量:5

摘要 针对低渗透多层油藏分层注水时水嘴易堵塞问题,研制了小水量防堵塞水嘴。利用FLU-ENT软件对水嘴的节流原理进行了数值模拟分析,并对水嘴的节流效果进行试验研究。数值模拟分析和试验结果表明,小水量防堵塞水嘴通过绕流增加流道长度以增加沿程损失,改变水嘴内流体的流动方向和扩大流道截面积来增加水嘴的局部压力损失,在不降低水嘴节流效果的前提下,既满足小水量注水的要求,又大幅度扩大了水嘴通流面积,有效防止了水嘴堵塞。 Aiming at the problem of water nozzle clogging during separate layer water injection in the low permeability multilayer reservoir,through creatively designing the structure o water nozzle,the low flow anti clogging water nozzle was developed. The FLUENT software was used in numerical simulation analysis throttling principle,and the water nozzle throttling effect was studied. Numerical simulation and experimental results showed that the low flow anti-clogging water nozzle increased the frictional loss through increasing flow length , changed the flow direction of fluid medium and expanded open area to increase local pressure loss . The water nozzle did not decrease throttling effect, not only requiring low flow, but also greatly expanding the open area, thus prevents the water nozzle from clogging by water quality and other factors.
