摘要
沈阳油田高凝油开采所需能耗较高,采用井筒保温技术可使部分伴热生产井转为冷采生产,以降低生产能耗。选择4种保温材料进行油管保温性能试验,对油管保温能够提升的井口温度进行了分析计算,为把部分伴热生产井转为冷采生产提供试验数据和理论依据。
The dissipation of energy is very high in producing the high pour point oil in Shenyang oil production plant. It can change some of the heating production wells into production wells without heating unit to adopt the thermal insulation technology to decrease the dissipation of energy. By the test of tubing insulating properties of 4 kinds of thermal insulation material chose, the tubing head temperature increased by the thermal insulation technology were analyzed and calculated and the testing data and theory reference were provided for changing the some of the heating production wells into production wells without heating unit.
