人性化护理应用于精神科护理效果分析

目的研究探讨将人性化护理应用于精神科护理中，对于患者康复的影响。方法将在我院收治的275例精神病患者随机分成对照组和治疗组，对照组给予常规护理结合精神科的专科护理，治疗组在对照组的护理基础上，再根据患者的疾病类型与病情的发展情况给予精神上的人性化护理，观察患者的康复情况，比较两组的康复率。结果在治疗组中的患者，能更好的完成各种疗程，能用相对较短的时间来控制病情，对管理的服从性也较对照组高，患者发生意外事故的概率也相对减小，治疗组的康复率也优于对照组。结论在精神科的护理中，调节好护士的人本管理和人性化护理之间的良好互动，不仅提高了护士本身的人丈素质，也改善了患者的依从性，使护理治疗质量大大提高的同时也增加了病人的满意度。

Objective To explore the humanized nursing care applied to psychiatric nursing, for the rehabilitation ofpatientswith. Results in the treatment group patients, better able to complete a variety ofcottrse, can be in a relatively short period of time to control the disease, to management eflidency is also higher than the control group, the patients ofacddent occurrence prcbability is relatively reduced, the treatment group was better than the control group rehabilitation. Conclusion in psychiatric care, regulate nurses the management and humanized nursing between the good interaction, not only improve the humanistic quality of nurses themselves, but also improve the compliance ofthepatients, the nussing treatrnent quality is greatly improved and increased patient satisfaction.
