摘要
目的探讨盲槲饮料)中合成色素测定的有效途径。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)直接测定质控盲样中的未知合成色素。结果色素分离效果理想,线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9999,回收率在95—101%之间,相对标准差小于3%。结论HPLC法简单、快速,灵敏度高,分离度好,适用于盲样中合成色素的同时测定。
Objective: To explore an effective way ofdetemining Synthetic pigments in quality control samples(drink). Methods: HPLC was used to determine the Synthetic pigments in cluality control samples. Result: The synthetic pigments were separated from each other. The liner relationship of standard curve was good. The correlation coefficient was more than 0.9999.The RSD was less than 3%.The average recoveries were 95%-101%. Conclusion: HPLC is fast and accurate good reproducibility. So it is suitable for the detemaination of synthetic pigments in quality control samples.
