高效液相色谱法测定质控盲样中的合成色素

Determination of Synthetic Pigments in Quality Control Samples by HPLC

目的探讨盲槲饮料）中合成色素测定的有效途径。方法采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）直接测定质控盲样中的未知合成色素。结果色素分离效果理想，线性关系良好，相关系数均大于0．9999，回收率在95—101％之间，相对标准差小于3％。结论HPLC法简单、快速，灵敏度高，分离度好，适用于盲样中合成色素的同时测定。

Objective： To explore an effective way ofdetemining Synthetic pigments in quality control samples（drink）. Methods： HPLC was used to determine the Synthetic pigments in cluality control samples. Result： The synthetic pigments were separated from each other. The liner relationship of standard curve was good. The correlation coefficient was more than 0.9999.The RSD was less than 3%.The average recoveries were 95%-101%. Conclusion： HPLC is fast and accurate good reproducibility. So it is suitable for the detemaination of synthetic pigments in quality control samples.
