【目的】探讨APN连续性排班在肛肠科应用的优越性。【方法】在科室人员配置不改变的前提下，将传统周期性排班模式与实施APN连续性排班模式后进行比较，比较从护士自身满意度方面、患者对护理的满意度、医生对护理人员的满意度、整个护理部对肛肠科室的护理满意度、实旋APN排班的肛肠科与非APN连续性排班科室护理效果比较几方面进行统计学比较，以评价APN排班模式在肛肠科应用的效果。【结果】实行新的排班模式，护士、医生、患者等对护理的满意度都有较大提高，很好的改善了护理质量。【结论】APN连续性排班是一种高效、科学、可行的排班模式，值得在医院其他科室推广应用。

[Objective]To explore the advantage ofappling APN condnuous shift scheduling in anorectal. [Method] On the remise of the number of office staffis fixed, testing the traditional periodic scheduling mode and APN continuow shift scheduling mode, making statistical comparison of the effects of appling APN continuous shift scheduling and non-APN continuous shift scheduling in nurse staff＇s own satisfaction degree, patients＇ satisfaction degree to nursing, doctors＇ .satisfaction degree to nurses and the whole nursing department＇satisfaction degree to Anorectal department nursing, to evaluate the effect of applying APN continuous shift scheduling in Anorectal. [Result] By applying the new APN continuous shift scheduling, nurses, doctors and patients all approved the enhancement of the satisfaction degee and improvement of the qualiW of nursing care. [Conclusion] APN continuous shift scheduling is a highly-efficient, scientific and practical scheduling method, worth appling and generalizing in other department/section offices in hosoitals.
