摘要
许多吡咯衍生物具有生理活性,近年来发现1-芳基取代吡咯具有明显的生理效应,作者曾合成了部分多取代吡咯化合物,并研究了其NMR谱。
1-(p-Chlorophenyl)-3-acetyl-1, 4-pentandiketone (1) was prepared from acetylace-tone and p-chloro-ω-broforomoacetophnone. Eight new polysubstituted pyrrolyl fatty acid (2～5) were synthesied by the reaction of 1 with amino acids. The semicarbazone(6～9) wereprepared from 2～5.
