Z理论以其先进的管理理念得到各国管理界和管理学者的注意,并产生了深远的影响。可以说,Z理论为高校图书馆管理指明了一个方向。本文阐述了Z理论的涵义和内容,分析了Z理论在现代高校图书馆管理中运用的实际意义,并指出在现代高校图书馆管理中应遵循的原则。
Theory Z is noticed greatly by scholars in management field in various countries and produces far-reaching impact because of its avant-garde management Philosophy. We can say ,theory Z points the direction of college library management. Tish paper elaborates the meaning and content of theory Z, analyzes some practical significance of using theory Z in the management of modern college library and indicates some principles to be followed in the management of modem college library.
