音乐疗法配合癌症三阶梯止痛原则改善癌症患者疼痛的临床观察

Music therapy combine with three ladder principle for cancer pain to improve cancer clinical observation of patients with pain

目的探讨音乐疗法配合癌症三阶梯止痛原则对改善癌症患者疼痛的影响,提高治疗效果。方法将收治的92例疼痛程度不同的癌症患者进行心理干预,对干预后疗效进行效果评价。结果干预后患者的疼痛及睡眠状况均得到明显改善(P<0.05)。结论音乐疗法配合癌症三阶梯止痛原则可明显改善癌症患者的疼痛状态。

Objective To investigate the effect of music therapy combined with three ladder principle for cancer pain to patients with cancer pain and improve the treatment effect.Methods To intervene 92 patients with different degree of cancer pain on psychology,evaluating the curative effect.Results After intervention,the patient＇s pain and sleep was signally improved（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Music therapy combine with cancer three ladder principle can improve patients with cancer pain.
